SpectralDiffusion-GNN

Reference implementation of spectral diffusion for scalable graph representation learning. The library factors the graph spectrum once and reuses it across diffusion steps, making message passing tractable on graphs with millions of edges.

Ships with PyTorch modules, pretrained checkpoints, and reproducible training scripts for the experiments in our ICML 2025 paper.
